The program

Treatment built around you, not a fixed schedule.

Every patient begins with a full psychiatric and clinical assessment. From there your team designs a plan that combines proven therapies with whole-person care — and adjusts it as you progress. Most stays run 30 to 90 days, depending on what you need.

01

Psychiatry & medication management

A psychiatric evaluation in your first 24 hours, then ongoing medication review with the same provider throughout your stay.

02

Daily individual & group therapy

CBT, DBT and trauma-focused therapy with licensed clinicians. Individual sessions weekly or more; groups every day.

03

Whole-person care

Nutrition, fitness, mindfulness and sleep are part of the plan — because recovery isn’t only what happens in a therapy room.

04

Family involvement & aftercare

Family sessions when you want them, and a step-down plan arranged before you leave so progress continues at home.

The setting

A place that feels like a retreat, with 24/7 clinical care behind it.

Private bedrooms, chef-prepared meals, a fitness room and quiet common spaces. Nursing and clinical staff on site around the clock.

What we treat

Residential care for depression, anxiety, trauma and co-occurring conditions.

If outpatient therapy hasn't been enough, or things have reached a point where you need structure and safety, inpatient treatment gives you both — without a hospital ward.

Insurance

Most plans cover residential treatment. We verify yours on the call.

No forms to fill out first. Tell us your plan and we'll check benefits while you're on the phone — usually in a few minutes.

Questions families ask us.

How quickly can someone be admitted?

Often the same day. Admissions is staffed 24/7; once insurance is verified we arrange arrival and transportation.

Is this a psychiatric hospital?

No. Care Point is a licensed residential treatment facility — a home-like setting with psychiatry, nursing and therapy on site, without a locked hospital ward.

How long is a typical stay?

Length of stay is set by clinical need, not a fixed program. Most patients stay between 30 and 90 days.

What will insurance cover?

Most commercial PPO and HMO plans cover residential mental health treatment. We verify your specific benefits on the first call and explain any out-of-pocket cost before admission.

Can my family be involved?

Yes. Family sessions are available throughout treatment and families are included in discharge planning when the patient consents.

You don't have to figure this out alone.

One call. A real person, 24 hours a day. We'll tell you honestly whether residential care is the right fit.
